Shipments are processed within 2-3 business days for shipping. Our order process is facilitated Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Weekends and holidays are exempt.

Customers can create an account to track their shipment status. All customers are notified a confirmation email of their purchase and when it ships.

RETURNS

Only accepting returned items in the condition they were received. Due to COVID-19, please email admin@thepetaexperience.com about the return process.

The Peta Experience aims to deliver thorough customer service from start to finish. Intentional from formulation to product design, all items are individually curated with care and made from organic elements to ensure quality control. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
